If it's clear that you are entitled to making a claim, the solicitor will ask if you wish to proceed on a no win no fee basis. Assuming you do, we will then handle everything for you.
All paperwork will be handled and you will be kept informed of how your case is progressing. If successful, you will be awarded your compensation.
